I didn’t know this until I saw this little post on iphonehelp talking about the touch screen issue between Apple and Google. I had thought it was search engine that was leading to the complete problem, but, no, there’s more to just one problem.

Apple recently had asked Google to keep touch screen out of Nexus One. One would ask why Apple doesn’t file a lawsuit instead of sending out requests to Google to not incorporate touch screen feature in its first mobile phone attempt. The fact is Apple has no option other than requesting- the patent rights of touch screen are not quite strong. So even if Apple files a case against a manufacturer, there are good chances that Apple will suffer a loss.
